1. By the end of the teaching session, participants should be able to understand the process and requirements of getting a training number in the UK for international medical graduates (IMGs). 2. Participants will be able to identify key factors that have contributed to the success of fellow IMGs in getting into training, specifically with reference to Dr. Yiyi Aung's experience with the IMT pathway. 3. Participants will be equipped with strategies and recommendations for successfully gaining entry into their preferred training pathway, in this case, the IMT pathway. 4. Participants should be able to appreciate the challenges and triumphs IMGs face in the UK medical training pathway system and draw insights for their own journey. 5. By the end of the session, participants should be able to generate a preliminary action plan for pursuing their own training numbers in the UK, using the tips and advice outlined in the session.
