He graduated from the University of Cambridge and attained the extremely competitive run-through National Training Number in Cardiothoracic Surgery in London(2019), on his first attempt straight after his FY2 year.

He has been appointed as the Residents Committee position for the European Association for Cardio-thoracic surgery (EACTS) where he hopes to widen education in Cardiothoracic Surgery across the Continent.
