Participants will be equipped with the necessary skills to plan, implement, and measure the efficacy of a Quality Improvement Project (QIP) in their healthcare setting.

Learners will be able to identify key indicators and benchmarks for quality improvement in healthcare, and devise a suitable auditing plan to evaluate these elements.

Following the session, learners will have the capability to analyze audit results, identify areas of improvement, and incorporate necessary changes into their QIP.

Participants will gain the knowledge of how to foster a culture of continuous quality improvement by implementing regular audits and communicating the value and results of QIPs to their team members.
