1. By the end of the teaching session, the attendee will understand the fundamental physiology of the cardiovascular system and how different components interact to maintain cardiovascular health. 2. Attendees will be able to identify common clinical signs and symptoms of heart failure and understand the physiological changes underpinning these symptoms. 3. Participants will be equipped with the knowledge to diagnose heart failure based on clinical symptoms, diagnostic tests, and interpretation of results. 4. Attendees will understand the basic principles of heart failure management, including both non-pharmacological and pharmacological strategies. 5. The participant will develop a practical understanding of cardiovascular pharmacology, learning about common medications used in heart failure, their mechanism of action, side effects, and interactions. In addition, they will be able to translate this knowledge to real-world clinical case scenarios.
