We invite sixth form and university students of any level to participate in the Global Health & Conflict Hackathon—a unique event that involves no coding at all! This is an inclusive opportunity for students from diverse backgrounds to brainstorm, collaborate, and devise innovative solutions to the challenges at the intersection of health and conflict.
❕After an incredible start to our Global Health Hackathon series last year with a focus on Sustainability, this year we are excited to present you with scenarios related to Global Conflict and the multitude of health and healthcare issues that accompany dispute of any kind.

🌟 Hackathon Day Overview:
1. Briefing Session: Participants will be briefed on the day's activities, including the scenarios they will be working on. No prior knowledge is required! We provide all the necessary information, materials, and resources to ensure everyone is on the same page.
2. Team Formation: Participants will be placed into teams that are pre-decided and balanced with a mix of experience and background. This diversity ensures a rich exchange of ideas and perspectives.
3. Collaborative Work: Teams will collaborate to devise innovative solutions to the presented scenarios, utilising the knowledge and insights gained during the briefing session.
4. Solution Presentations: Each team will have the opportunity to present their solutions and ideas to a panel of judges—world-leading experts in the field of humanitarian and conflict medicine. This esteemed panel brings a wealth of experience to evaluate and appreciate the impact of your collaborative efforts!
