1. To understand the significant changes recently approved to ST3 Selection by the MDRS. 2. To examine the implications of these changes on the process and criteria for selection into the ST3 general surgery training programme. 3. To gain clarity on the roles and expectations of the General Surgery SAC, MA, ASiT, Roux and Dukes in relation with the selection update. 4. To be able to discuss and ask questions about any aspect of the ST3 Selection Update, ensuring a thorough understanding of the new process. 5. To learn strategies for successfully navigating the ST3 application and selection process under the newly implemented changes by MDRS.
