Learning objectives

  1. Identify and explain various colorectal conditions, their signs, symptoms, and current modalities of treatment.
  2. Discuss the roles, responsibilities, and challenges of a general surgeon during an on-call duty, including decision-making, communication skills and common post-op complications.
  3. Apply knowledge of surgical and non-surgical interventions in the management of common colorectal diseases with MCQs and cases.
  4. Become more confident in the interpretation of NG tube CXRs.
