1. To understand the types, causes and common triggers for epistaxis 2. To approach epistaxis assessments with confidence, including medical history and physical examination 3. To be able to accurately recognize and plan appropriate interventions and treatments for patients presenting with epistaxis 4. To develop an appreciation of the roles of other specialties and professionals in managing epistaxis 5. To understand the importance of documenting intervention and treatment options and the follow up of epistaxis patients.
