Understand the anatomy and physiology of the wrist: By the end of the session, the participants should be able to identify the major structures, bones, ligaments, muscles, and nerves of the wrist and explain their specific functionalities. 2. Diagnose wrist conditions: Participants should be equipped with the necessary knowledge to identify and diagnose common wrist conditions, including carpal tunnel syndrome, wrist fractures, tendonitis, and arthritis. 3. Perform physical examination: Participants should know how to perform effective physical examinations of the wrist identifying signs of injuries, diseases or malformations, interpreting results accurately for an effective diagnosis and treatment. 4. Understand and interpret imaging results: Participants should be capable of interpreting and understanding the results of various imaging tests such as X-Rays, MRI's, and ultrasounds for the wrist, identifying anomalies and linking them to potential wrist conditions. 5. Treat common wrist conditions: By the end of the session, the participants should be able to develop treatment plans for common wrist conditions, which may include surgical or nonsurgical procedures, therapy, and medication.
