Welcome to DRAMS Annual Discovering Research! We are thrilled to invite undergraduate students from medical and dental fields to participate in our Annual National Medical and Dental Competition and Research Conference! This year's theme is:

Driving Research, Accelerating Medical and Dental Success ('The Catalyst of Change')

The event will be held on:

Date: 14th September 2024 (Saturday)

Venue: Dundee Ninewells Hospital & Medical School DD1 9SY

Time: 10AM - 4PM

Registration: 9:30AM

Light refreshments will be provided.

This event will include talks by leading experts, presentations, and networking opportunities. We invite abstracts from a range of projects in the medical and dental fields, including intercalated degrees, SSC/SPSSCs, audits, and vacation scholarships. This is an excellent opportunity to present your work, gain feedback, and network with peers and professionals.

Abstract Submission Guidelines:

The abstract should be no more than 300 words.
It should include a title, author(s) names, and the institution.
All submissions must be in English.
The deadline for abstract submission is 14 August 2024 (Wednesday).
A panel of academic staff from diverse institutions will review submissions. Selected abstracts will be invited through email for either an oral or poster presentation during the event.
