Peers will feedback and learn from each other whilst developing and creating a supportive network. Objectives At the end of this session delegates should be able to: Identify the value of creating a peer review network to support learning and development Identify other tools available for peer support Describe the importance of completing a detailed personal development plan to ensure self-motivation and patient safety Learning content On successful participation of the peer review sessions the learner will be able to understand the support that can be gained from a constructive peer network.
