To share experiences and identify areas in which changes can be made with the objective of improving the quality of service offered to patients.

Peers will feedback and learn from each other whilst developing and creating a supportive network.

At the end of this session delegates should be able to:

Identify the value of creating a peer review network to support learning and development Identify other tools available for peer support Describe the importance of completing a detailed personal development plan to ensure self-motivation and patient safety

On successful participation of the peer review sessions the learner will be able to understand the support that can be gained from a constructive peer network.
