We are hosting mock OSCE sessions for Year 4 Edinburgh medical students! It is an opportunity for students to practice in a safe, friendly environment and receive individualised feedback before the end-of-year OSCEs.

Each attendee will have the opportunity to do 2 mock OSCE stations focusing on data interpretation and communication skills. The stations will address topics that are covered in our January online teaching sessions (as below):
- CXR interpretation - 6pm, 10 Jan
- ECG interpretation - 6pm, 17 Jan
- ABGs and FBC interpretation - 6pm, 24 Jan
- U&Es, TFTs, and LFTs interpretation - 6pm, 31 Jan
It would be beneficial for you to attend these online tutorials before the mock OSCEs but it is not a requirement and no prep work is needed to attend these sessions. At each station, attendees will have the opportunity to work with 2 5th year tutors and receive feedback before moving onto the next station!
An induction on how the session works will be given at 6.30pm on the day but you will only be spend 30 minutes doing the mock so please be sure to bring self-study materials in case you are allocated to a later time slot.
Spaces are very limited (16 spaces for 12 Feb and 8 spaces for 15 Feb) so please be sure to get in touch if you can no longer make the date! Please also only sign up for one of the sessions.
