Aim: This interactive session will allow participants to identify their stressors both at home and in the workplace. Together we will develop and implement techniques to help prevent and manage the stress in our lives. Objectives: By the end of this session, participants should be able to: - Define what stress is - Identify the signs and symptoms of stress - Identify their stressors - Recognise the link between stress and mental illness - Identify and implement stress management techniques - Identify where they can go for support Learning Content: This interactive session will equip the dental team with the knowledge and tools to identify their triggers, their warning signs and the tools they have in their tool box to help combat stress.
