Mr. Paul Dunning is currently the Deputy Medical Director for Professional Standards at United Lincolnshire Hospitals based at Lincoln County Hospital. He is also the Director of Medical Education and Academic Surgical Lead for Lincoln Medical School. Mr. Dunning’s background is in Vascular Surgery, previously in clinical practice in April 2021.

Away from the hospital, He is a longbow archer and development coach at Lincoln Archers. He dabbles in photography and gardening and is a fair weather cyclist!
