At the end of the teaching session, participants should be able to accurately diagnose and manage the medical conditions presented in Case 11 and 12 of Cardiosoc S2, applying their knowledge to similar real-life scenarios. 2. Participants are expected to understand and integrate the results of key diagnostic tests and important clinical findings related to the case presentations, and utilize this information efficiently in clinical decision-making processes. 3. Learners will be expected to improve their patient communication skills, demonstrating the ability to explain complex health issues and interventions related to cardiovascular diseases discussed in the cases, to patients and their families in a clear, compassionate, and understandable manner. 4. Throughout the session, participants should be able to effectively collaborate and communicate with interprofessional teams, demonstrating leadership and team member skills in case discussion and management, in light of the best practices and guidelines concerning cardiovascular health. 5. Finally, participants will be encouraged to reflect upon and learn from challenging situations or any mistakes made during case management, developing strategies for continuous learning and improvement moving forward.
