By the end of the session, learners should be able to understand and recognize symptoms of the most common cardiology conditions, such as Atrial Fibrillation, Acute Coronary Syndromes, Heart Failure, and common valvular abnormalities.

The participant should be able to apply appropriate diagnostic procedures for the aforementioned conditions and interpret the results accurately.

Learners will be able to develop a comprehensive understanding of various treatment options, medical management, and surgical interventions for these common cardiac conditions.

We aim to increase skills in patient communication around cardiac health, particularly offering clear explanations of their condition and answering patient queries adequately and sensitively.

Learners should have an improved ability to manage and monitor the long-term care of patients with cardiac disease, including promoting healthy behaviors and managing ongoing treatment regimes.
