Course Aims
To familiarise participants with the importance of Human Factors and Clinical Leadership in early registrar years in T&O surgery.
To provide participants with an eclectic set of technical and non-technical skills that will prepare them for managing difficult clinical and non-clinical scenarios.
To create a warm environment where participants can discuss difficulties they have faced in practice. In providing this we hope to best dissect these issues and help participants make more informed decisions in the future.
