Participants should gain confidence in managing their time, mental health and patient issues effectively during OSCE scenarios. They should also acquire tools and tactics to handle high-stress situations during exams. 3. Attendees should be able to demonstrate improved clinical examination skills, evidence-based decision making, and safe, effective patient management, applicable to a range of conditions or scenarios that may be presented in Year 3 OSCEs. 4. Participants should gain knowledge and skills in preparing for OSCEs, understanding and implementing revision strategies, and learn from mistakes or improvements of past students and exams. 5. By the end of the session, participants should be equipped with the ability to provide, receive and utilize constructive feedback, maintain a reflective practice and apply these learnings to improve their performance in future OSCEs.
