1. Understanding Basic Principles: At the end of the session, participants should be able to understand the basic principles of X-ray imaging, especially in relation to chest radiology.
2. Chest Anatomy in X-Ray: Participants will be able to identify and explain the various aspects of chest anatomy as they appear on X-ray imaging, including bones, lungs, and heart.
3. Recognizing Pathologies: Participants should be able to identify common chest pathologies in a chest X-ray, such as lung nodules, pneumonia, pneumothorax, COPD and heart enlargement.
4. Interpretation Skill Development: By the end of the session, the audience should have developed the skills necessary to independently interpret a chest x-ray, including assessment, recognition of abnormal findings, and an understanding of when further imaging or tests are needed.
