1. To understand the basic physiology and pathophysiology of tachycardia and its presentation on Electrocardiograms (ECG) 2. To identify and interpret different types and degrees of tachycardia on ECG tracings. 3. To acquire knowledge about the various causes, clinical features, and management of tachycardia. 4. To distinguish tachycardia from other cardiac dysrhythmias based on ECG features, symptoms, causes, and treatment. 5. To enhance analytical and decision-making skills in tackling acute tachycardia cases, including deciding when to refer patients for specialist care.
