“Medics in Refugee Camps’ with Dr Mark Sherlock
Mark is a clinician and public health programme manager with over 12 years’ experience in the global health field. Working in academia and humanitarian health programming, Mark has worked in a variety of stable and unstable contexts around the world. Since 2016, Mark has worked for Medecins Sans Frontieres (MSF) in various projects in diverse contexts such as Kenya, South Sudan, Afghanistan and Malawi.
Currently, Mark works as a Health Advisor with MSF based in Amsterdam where he is the medical programme manager for MSF projects in Nigeria, Iraq and Jordan. He has a keen interest in infectious disease control, health system strengthening and communicating global health issues to audiences around the world.
