By the end of this session, participants should be able to appropriately approach and evaluate CT TAP (CT of the Thorax, Abdomen, and Pelvis) scans, understanding the key anatomical landmarks to look out for.
Participants will gain knowledge on identifying and differentiating normal and pathological findings on CT TAP using the MLA approach (Midline, Lateral and Anterior structures).
Participants will become proficient in recognizing and diagnosing common MLA pathologies based on their appearances in CT TAP scans, which will enhance their clinical decision making process.
Participants will practice interpreting CT TAP scans, helping them to develop a systematic approach and increasing their speed and accuracy in real-world situations.
Participants will be more confident in communicating their findings from CT TAP scans, aiding in clear and effective discussion with colleagues, other healthcare professionals, and the patient themselves.
