Dr Lisa Naysmith is a full time NHS Consultant Dermatological Surgeon in Edinburgh and Honorary Senior lecturer at the University of Edinburgh. She set up the Mohs Micrographic surgery service for patients in South East Scotland in 2011. She is president elect for the British Society for Dermatological surgery, and co-founder of the Scottish Dermatology Surgery Group. She is a former Section Editor (Surgery) for Acta-Dermatologica Venereology (Acta DV) and has published in the Journal of Investigative Dermatology, British Journal of Dermatology, New York Annals of medicine and Acta DV.
