Summary

We invite all our Asian Cancer Support Group Members, medical professionals, allied health professionals (AHP), lay people, patient & carers to join the Asian Cancer Support Group Symposium on the latest developments in breast cancer care. The attendees will learn from leading experts about new advancements in prevention, early detection, and treatment of breast cancer, with a special focus on ethnicity, risk factors, and healthcare policy. The event will include discussions on HRT and cancer risk, a parliamentary view on cancer care, and ethnicity's role in breast cancer occurrences and patient stories. This will be followed an interactive panel discussion which will provide attendees the opportunity to interact and question the experts. This session is an excellent opportunity to enhance knowledge and awareness about breast cancer, especially in the context of South Asian communities.

**Learning Objectives:** 1. To understand the role of hormone replacement therapy (HRT) in breast cancer risk and recent advancements in mitigating this risk. 2. To explore the impact of ethnicity on breast cancer, and to identify the unique health needs, risks, and care considerations for the Asian community. 3. To familiarize with the latest breast cancer prevention strategies, early detection techniques, and treatment modalities aimed at improving patient's prognosis. 4. To recognize the current outlook and future scope of policy changes concerning breast cancer care in the parliamentary domain. 5. To engage in a dialogue that supports the sharing and application of patient stories, research, and professional expertise to improve breast cancer care outcomes. 6. To encourage participation in our interactive QA session on #BreastCancerCare supported by our esteemed panel of experts.
