This session will provide comprehensive knowledge on the A+E management of Pulmonary Embolism, aimed at medical students and junior doctors. The teaching will also cover the role of D Dimer in an investigation panel, including common differentials for a raised D Dimer, as well as its drawbacks as a diagnostic test. Our speakers will cover how patients may present, typical investigations and management plans specific to Pulmonary Embolism.
