1. To understand and implement the process of conducting and presenting a medical audit, specifically relating to ACL management at BRI, as per the BOAST Standards. 2. To develop a comprehensive clinical knowledge of Orthopeadics, focussing on key concepts and advancements in the field. 3. Gain hands-on experience with orthopaedic surgical tools (surgical drills, dynamic hip screws, external fixators, sawbones etc.) provided by Stryker company to enhance practical skills for performing surgical procedures. 4. Gain valuable insights from the BMA talk, and understand their role in providing the standard guidelines for medical practices and the support necessary to organise medical events. 5. Learn from the experiences and knowledge of experts in orthopaadics - Miss Hirstova, Miss Dominguez and Dr. Parker, to get better understanding of challenges and future directions in orthopeadic surgery.
