The African-Caribbean Society (ACMS) is a society for Black Heritage students from all healthcare disciplines within the Faculty of Biology, Medicine and Health at the University of Manchester. Our mission is to empower African & Caribbean healthcare students to excel in their studies and aspire to senior roles in their careers through our many social events and initiatives focused on: Community Building, Academic & Professional Development and Advocacy. We aim to inspire improved representation on all levels, address health inequalities and overall make a positive impact on patient care.
