In September 2022 the SCRUBS LMS student surgical society was created, formed of a twelve-student-led committee and two separate teaching cells comprising anatomy and surgical skills. One of our goals is to provide Lincoln and all medical students with greater accessibility into the world of surgery. As the likely smaller and newer student surgical society, we strive to empower medical students aspiring to pursue surgery.
