Organising and managing committee for the annual ECCDEM event, which is a regional conference, designed for early career doctors and medical students in the East Midlands. Committee is mainly formed of current Clinical Teaching/Education Fellows at University Hospitals of Leicester (UHL) NHS Trust. This event and committee are focused on providing a platform for local doctors and undergraduate students to present their work and network with peers, without the prohibitive cost and travel posed by larger, commercial conferences.
