SNO is an independent organizing body within The Network: Towards Unity for Health (TUFH) working to promote health equity in education and healthcare through inter-cultural and multidisciplinary collaboration, with the goal of Universal Healthcare construction. The Network: TUFH is a global network of individuals, institutions and organizations committed to improving the health of the people and their communities. It is a NonGovernmental Organization, in official relationship with the World Health Organization.
