Committee Members: - Kate Sheridan (President) - Aaliya Ashik (Vice President, CCA Lead) - Haseeba Bashir (CCA Lead) - Iqbal Lokman (Y4 Lead) - Abdul Alotaibi (Y4 Lead) - Ahmed AlSaggaf (Y3 Lead) - Jousef Bakir (Y3 Lead) Mission Statement: Our aim is to support Third and Fourth Year Medical Students in their curriculum, using the experiences of Medical Student volunteers. This will be achieved through peer-assisted learning, employing a variety of teaching styles to optimise learning throughout placement years. As a by-product, we hope that volunteers will consolidate their own knowledge and gain experience in teaching. Expectations of Society: To run weekly sessions on Zoom. Sessions will be themed around the TCD cases, delivered by volunteers and highlighting key information. Volunteers will draw on their experiences to support Third and Fourth Year Medical Students in their curriculum. Quality Assurance Statement: The project will aim to provide accurate and verified information. Attendees should be mindful that this can not be guaranteed. The project does not claim or guarantee it will improve performance in any form, including medical school assessments. If an attendee or volunteer is struggling academically, it is their responsibility to find the appropriate support.
