The primary objective of this engagement forum is to foster open dialogue and collaboration among doctors in training ("trainees") within the National Health Service (NHS) and NHS England with regard to improvement of training and service provision across all elective secondary care services. The forum aims to provide a platform for trainees and specialist training society leads to exchange insights, address challenges, and collectively work towards enhancing the training experience and improving patient care within the NHS.
