NAMOUS is a collaborative network of medical students from the north and midland medical schools working together to set up annual oncology conferences that provide further insight into this field. Our conferences consist of speakers from medical, surgical and haematology oncology with workshops in building your portfolio, learning how to write an abstract and getting involved in research. A platform is also provided for medical students to present posters, abstracts and upcoming research ideas at our annual conferences with a chance of gaining recognition and prizes for their hard work! ​Our regional heads are from Birmingham, Leeds, Lancaster, Manchester, Nottingham, Newcastle and Keele University with the hopes of expanding to more regions in the north and midlands!
