Can someone comment about prescribing HRT in combination with POP ?I understand it can be given together if patient not keen to have mirena but any practical tip or have you come across any issues when both are given ie transdermal oestrogen gel plus utrogeston with desogetrol as one of my patient wanted to go on the transdermal oestogen gel plus micormised progesteron tablet in cyclical fashion as she is perimenopause but also needs contraception.
