RE: the data on one-asthma-exacerbation-per-10-years, was that just in adults?

and if so, is there similar data in children? (locally I think courses of PO pred are wildly over prescribed)

About airway hyper responsiveness with SABA use, you mentioned patients are advised to say off SABA for a few days. How do you pass across that information safely? I fear patients may not use their SABA in an emergency and this could put them at risk.
