In peritonitis , we go for surgery or conservative treatment and surgery later according to general condition, right?

Should I ask as a surgeon for pancreatic enzymes and cardiac enzymes if I suspect in pancreatitis or MI ?!

How about of CT contrast in case of unstable acute abdomen with high creatinin level .... What is options in such a situation ?????
