InciSioN -the International Student Surgical Network- is an international non-profit organization of students, trainees, early career physicians, and health care providers who are passionate about Global Surgery. InciSioN has an international team that sets the global agenda for the organization and a network of over 50 National Working Groups spanning all WHO regions. To achieve a vision of timely access to safe surgical, anaesthetic, and obstetric care for everyone, everywhere, when needed. InciSioN’s aims to unite, develop and mentor the future workforce of the global surgical healthcare ecosystem through three pillars of Advocacy, Education, and Research.
