Selective IgA deficiency: While this condition can cause recurrent infections, it typically does not lead to abscess formation. It is also characterized by a significant decrease in serum and secretory IgA, not mentioned in the patient's history.

Common Variable Immunodeficiency: This disease also presents with recurrent sinopulmonary infections and decreased levels of multiple types of immunoglobulins. However, the history of abscess formation, previous Pneumocystis jiroveci pneumonia, and timing of onset for this patient are not consistent with this diagnosis.

The patient's history of recurrent infections (especially bacterial and fungal), skin abscesses, and early manifestation of severe infection like Pneumocystis jiroveci pneumonia strongly suggests a condition characterized by defects in intracellular killing of pathogens. This is consistent with Chronic Granulomatous Disease, a condition resulting from the absence or diminished activity of NADPH oxidase, an enzyme involved in superoxide production in phagocytes. Normally, this enzyme would lead to the formation of peroxide and bleach in the phagocyte to kill pathogens but its absence/deficiency renders phagocytes less effective.

Agammaglobulinemia: Presents typically in infancy with recurrent bacterial and enteroviral infections, by organisms which encapsulated bacteria. But absence of B cells in blood and lack of all classes immunoglobulins is characteristic for this disorder that has not mentioned in the case.
