Nick is President of The Academy of Medical Educators, which is the professional body for all educators in medicine, dentistry and veterinary science.
Qualifications
Our professional standards are recognised by the GMC for training purposes. He has been involved in a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate education, with clinical practice in paediatrics and primary care. Nick was a trainer in the early education courses at the College in the 1990s and subsequently involved in RCS England training programmes for the last 20 years, including the introduction of TAIP (Training and Assessment in Practice) and also a member of the RCS England CPD working party on appraisal and revalidation.
