After Studying Medicine at Cambridge University and University College London, I completed my fellowship at the world famous Royal London Hospital Major Trauma Centre studying complex trauma, pelvic acetabular trauma and revision arthroplasty. Here, following the fellowship I performed a period of consultancy before being employed at Salford Royal Hospital as a consultant establishing the pelvic and acetabular Trauma service at the newly formed Major Trauma Centre.

On return to Cambridge, I have endeavored to improve the systems of care of patients with orthopaedic and trauma injuries within the NHS service. This indeed is a passion of mine, aiming to improve not only surgical care but also the holistic care of patients who have suffered greatly from accidents and injuries.
