Aimé Yedenou is a medical doctor from Benin working at the intersection of clinical medicine, health policy, and global surgery. He combines research and frontline experience to strengthen health systems and expand access to surgical care. As a research fellow at CERRHUD and the NIHR Global Surgery Unit, he contributes to health financing reform and multi-country surgical research. He is also a 2025 G4 Alliance Fellow, committed to advancing global advocacy for surgical, obstetric, trauma, and anesthesia care. Beyond research, Dr. Yedenou is actively involved in community-based initiatives promoting sexual and reproductive health among young people through youth-led approaches.
