Welcome to our teaching series, Acing Dermatology Finals, where we cover high-yield content for your finals! This session will be on Describing Skin Lesions & Inflammatory Skin Conditions.
This session will be delivered by Professor Sara Brown, an Honorary Consultant Dermatologist in NHS Lothian. She is a clinical academic dermatologist, caring for patients of all ages with a wide range of skin diseases. Her research interest is in understanding how a person's genetic make-up predisposes to inflammatory skin disease, atopic eczema, and associated systemic conditions. She was awarded a Wellcome Intermediate Clinical Fellowship and then the Wellcome Senior Fellowship for her research in eczema genetics. She has dual affiliation with the Institute of Genetics and Cancer and CIR.
