but my name's Helena, and I'm a really new F one. I'm doing the leadership track at East Blank for hospitals. That's but burn and burn Lee on. If you have any questions you want to talk to you about, that's my email address at the bottom. If you want to take a picture of it and you want to email me anything in the future, that's fine. Um, yeah, I just put it in just for in. So, um, so could you do, like, slight for me? Team, please. Thanks very much. So you just put a little bit about me. That's picture of me When I found out I passed finals. That's to show everyone I don't always like groups and disgusting and exhausted like today. Eso I graduated from Best Mass, which is bright and six medical school in July. Um, I've just put in a few things I did before my FBI medication on. That's not too intimidated anyone. If anything, I hope it's reassuring, Um, that you don't have to be someone who's basically been president of everything will society and one million prizes and first near everything to do therapy. I certainly have not I did a masters in global house between forces that involves yes, we might indicate a degree. I had a couple of prizes on prizes was a massive stretch. I got a distinction in my students, that component in your one on a distinction of my students like to pick on bone in here too. On, like to presentations I did on I put them in, I think they counted. I'm not sure I didn't get a distinction in the written part finals, which was lovely on a prize of the under medical, which was lovely as well. But they weren't counted. The FDA at all. Um, my desk. I was forcing what, like just top half of the air? Not particular spectacular, Not particularly bar just kind of Gillian on. Then I did do a couple of posters on presentations. I did. One is national in a national poster on a national or old presentation, which I think helped on the points wise doing a post it on a presentation. So if you're going to apply to do those, I would say a fly tactically, um, and try and get one of each because it maximize your points. Don't just got loads of posters and on complete disclaimer, these things I did a little applied to loads in one day. If the fourth. Yes, I'm on holidays. When I was there are maybe I wanted ta of pay. So I just spent those time applying. And then I got accepted to Pauls free, which was actually, I don't think I think maybe, like, maybe or rejected from wanted. You remember getting a reduction email? I definitely try to get published in that did not happen. A total. Yeah, poses. Most Asians were actually really easy to accept it. And they took me, like, here I was marked make, um And what was good was I applied ones in September or not, you know, and October. And I know you guys got to tighter turn around by wreck, and you could probably still find somewhere. Accepting it's was up. 10 brought Jaber, and you'd get accepted by the deadline that you could then talk about, um So those were the additional bits that we talk about. I don't have any research publications. I don't any publications. This is that you will have and I used my project and fourth year on my thesis from my dissertation to do those posters and presentations on. Then the white stays. Questions, I think, is where I probably did the bathroom application. I think that's because I've got quite a bit lot of different things I'm interested in. So I was on medicine for a couple of years. I was a student wrap. I'm really interesting medication, medical education. So I did lose a dog, and I think that's talking about different things on that. Rather, just focusing on one better that time was the bet that was strong. But my application, um, there's a what I briefly talked about in my application, I believe so. They talk about the widening Participation education program being a year up and also leading and designing a teaching program about global health, which tired and really nicely with my integrated degree. Um, Gene, please could have the next light. And it was everything I want to say on the heart. Thank you. Um, so I'm sure you guys all completely bald tears about what the F P accent actually is, but these are just a couple of it's I didn't really know until I started flying. I literally only decided on supply and July or August 4th years. I only, um, as well. Obviously research, leadership, education that all very broad, as in you could educate whoever you want. You can lead to everyone. And you can research whatever you want. Pretty much, I think, Um, I guess with research, maybe the job, the jobs you should apply to might shape the research. Was that more pops? Um, so that'll Yeah, I would say that all very broad leadership potentially has the most got scoped overlap with the other areas. And that's only because I knew you could do education projects in leadership, which we'll talk about in a second. And you can also do research into leadership Onda lead. You could argue that you're leading a research project wherever, um, in a different ways. It to me, that kind of has the biggest kind of scope, which I didn't really realize at the time, which is quite nice. Interesting fact, I thought was unlike the Dean Aries on sometimes the jobs in kind of trust. Whatever, you don't have to rank every single job. You don't even have to look at this more. You can let your own. Your vital want you to actually consider which I think is quite nice. So I think there may be, like 40 or 50 in their northwest, one on diet light to 16th, um, on after the like, I think the fifth one, I got the board and just kind of right on the wall and just kind of hope the best, like right, the remaining 11. So I got my top choice Really lucky. Maybe it's cause it's that burning badly, and it wasn't particularly desirable location, but I personally loved the jobs, and that's what I would say is I looked at it, but I looked at the jobs with the academic component rather than what the academic component wants. The most jobs I wrote was education. Is that really like teaching? But my talk to his one was a little track on that cement because I really like babies. So it had MG on day in the units, and it was at any which I thought was really fun, and it's really fun, but it's also really busy. Um, and then I guess different denies have different ways of one case and a little boy, you with that that ultimately points in med school and prizes and publications and posters. And as we all know, points mean prizes. On prize in this case is a short list. Did interview on also your white Space questions? They could really decent chunk of it. So don't worry if you're point from Medco. Ever been locking? Because if he smashed the white space questions, that'll be great on then. If you're short list here, that there's an interview and that can either be like a clinical station, a critical discussion of the paper or personal kind of careers out of you, and often it's kind of like a mini all ski, in which case you kind of do a bit of all of them. You did that two of them. So that's the main A P overview, and then come have a next lied please Gene. I tried to find the breakdown for the Northwest. I couldn't find it. I don't think it been released. I looked on Friday and have been released, but it might be released by now. And much more. Um, and those are the places that I remember. You could score prizes and extra points in to be short. Less said so. Yes. Insulation. Literally. Any price you can think of. A medical school would probably call your prize publications. Obviously, like the better the impact factor, Probably the better. It's wrong. I don't know. I didn't have publications, so did not look up posters. Best of it's international. The national, obviously, Then, like a small, reasonable 10 teaching teaching 01 you can do teaching and then your presentations as well. Um, so you could have the next life. Please, Gene, this is what I found quite hard because it was like when I said to talk about leadership, I was like, What do I even say about Lesion? Asked a And so I was like, Oh, I know. I'll get this and obsessed out of the air for 100 I've been given, which is the one I'm on. And then you guys can have a really good idea actually what I might be doing, or you might be doing hopefully over two years on the leadership course. So I've got a special academic supervisor who's Doctor Stanley. You were meant to meeting for the first time tomorrow on. He seems to get quite involved heavily involved in queue I. P's on patient safety, which I think is the idea is hopefully the air Pee doctor would get involved in those on be able to present the work on the findings from safety enquiries or quality improvement projects at national and international meetings. And then hopefully you'd eventually get published. Um, so that's a suggestion, basically, is that you might take the lead on some projects in especially in quality improvement is a big one. Um, but you can also discuss it's not compulsory apart from the old ones, Um, everything else is pretty chilled. So this credit. So if you decide to Edgehill and that's leadership and you can see the ones you can see the link below and that's the leadership model. I think most FP leadership students the ship doctor's do that in the Northwest, and then the LH tea has a specific learning hard way. You can also do more doors, which they've highlighted. Um, what I found interesting when I was discussing with my educational supervisor is that actually the PD PSA credits transfer a ble. So even, for example, I really like education. If I want to do. I could transfer the leadership credits in education and go in that way. Or you can undo a diploma in medical education. Or you can sell fund a second 20 credits or 40 credits. Not sure how many, uh is and you can get to play in the medical leadership, which is again quite nice, I think, in some cases, to trust fund it. But that has, um, it's best part to me yet I think I'm going to see how I like, of course, on then consider possibly doing other things as well, possibly the education aspect. I think we're quite fun. Um, and then the leadership options, specifically you can take place you can become a year at, um obviously, which is kind of like being a shooting up union. Suppose where you are an advocate for peers. You talk about the problems they're having. You attend meetings and feed back to your peers about what's being done. There's a lessons learned. Um, thing which is basically about nearness is and stuff like that, and so you can attend the F one teaching that happens on a regular basis. I just had any more about it. today actually, and resume for, um what you can attend. And then there's other things like the post today way. It's not between two to present your research or any careers events, I guess because you're kind of leading people in helping people in guiding them and tell them make good decisions. Eminem meetings Which to me sounds quite interesting. Understanding what's gone wrong. Why, I think is a Bacon aspect off leaders it and then also getting opportunity to shadow in the workplace, which I touch on in a second. Then there's the option to to our research, which I really actually had an email to us from Lancaster, you know, vast here, giving us loads of opportunities of projects. We get involved in that email supervises and get that setup. Say, for example, I obviously like I said, really education. So I'm hoping to get involved in teaching medical students on also understanding but more about how we were with patient educators and their role in undergraduate medicine, which I think we really interesting. I've got an academic day tomorrow. I'm going to spend some time looking at that and then just normal copay, which is what I want us to your foundation level. So what I really like about that is that that she everyone needs to call, See, improving project at some point, I'm sure, um, unless you get allocated, time to do it. Say I never One has self element time. We get more time just to do this, which I think is quite nice. Say, obviously, you have less clinical time than everybody else, but you do. You have a lot of time the development of your own interests on a hope that this page, the hum but shows you that actually, it's quite some but it's a quite specific lessons learned, um and, um, meetings and the models have to do. But it was quite a lot of stuff that's quite open to your own address. So the research project and the key ibeacon on anything. Really? So I think that's really good to think about is that actually the Lucia appears very broad, and you've got a lot of opportunities here. Um, these guys that next I gene thanks. Um, yep. So I basically settle that a part for him, The better. Want to talk to him? Was the leadership in there is aspirin healthcare service on when it talks about. Try doing leaders in the workplace. They literally designed my track to be very busy. Can confirm it is three very busy, and I'm very diet all the time. Um, but what is good is you do get a really flavor off. Lots of different aspect off healthcare. You get really broad range of specialties, I think, in a really bored range of, like, primary care secondary car with a D. And, you know, she sees so many different patients need a really, really bad rings thirties and then units, you get to the pediatrics in there. Ah, no NGOs. Is that a surgical specially, um, breast surgery. Of course, breast surgery is not to be the more chilled out one where you have more accurate time. Which is why, for the markets, um, so, yeah, I was really wide range of leadership June juice, which is quite nice that my truck specifically in his lung shin. Um, Captain Excite, please. Thank you. And and then we kind of want to my tips for a leadership location. I'm not ready to think about what qualities a leader and might show on how you can reflect these in your white space applications. I really think this is where your leadership things going to stand out, particularly everyone's got poster or ever. It's really good to think about your individual experiences and how this makes you good for the role. So, for example, in the team, work is actually really important because, yes, a leader needs to lead a team that they also need to understand how to part of team. They kind of need to accept the wrong doings and not just assume they knew best. They need to be humble enough to listen. Take direction from other people as well. So I think you about time you taking control but also worked as hard of a team, Um, stepped back, understand the importance of delegation communicating lots of different people I don't know, actually just have to be clinical, but it's about how it shapes your clinical us that, um, I think I would say, if you can it be really great to get involved in being a year after we're being very representative. I don't know if it's too late in the air. I'm sure you guys any started a month ago. So I've got the boil that I only I was only a shooting trap for fifth year, but it was really fun. It's really good opportunity to get involved in what's going on a higher level. I don't about you guys, um really, really, really nosey. So going to these meetings A What's happening? Didn't know that, um was quite nice. But also, I'm quite open and quite loudmouths. I suppose so. I was quite happy to sit there and be like, No, this is a problem in our year. This is why what you can do about that, um, star and camp. Just some acronyms for writing the white stays questions. So I think the stars situation toss, assess, reflect something and camp is about different tributes. You might have a personal questions. That's clinical stem. It can management personal on that or something like that is, Well, it's very similar to that. So that's just ways to think about how you've been a structural questions when you do going to write the right space questions. Um, something that didn't mention earlier, which I thought was quite useful in nostril it's been touched upon before, is that Actually, they don't know if you tried to lead to educational research. When you go into interview, they don't see the order. They don't know if your research educational Egypt candidates. I'm sure my interviews would have just assumed that my tortures, the education job. It wasn't they didn't know that it didn't matter. Say, talk about whether talk about any of the bits using good, good and make a good Russian. And it doesn't matter what drop you apply for appropriate. You could think about times where things didn't go as well. And I think I did that one. My wife's place questions really think about what you learn from the situation and how you do improve next time. I think that she was like a bit of maturity and responsibility on popsters that you might be able to 100 a leadership responsibility and also had a good insight into actually kind of the important US attributes of being leader, not just being bossy and being dominant, that thinking about taking a full things that went wrong or understanding where you're wrong, Um, and then just a thought about how you're gonna show that you can manage your time and you're clinically competent because that's quite important was, obviously you have less time than everyone else on the clinical side of things, which is kind of quite not so hot. One day they have an activity tomorrow just going quite chilled. Um, and then one night's the weekends. So it's actually not too busy or first half week for me, which is quite nice having the activity time after some really busy pediasure. But it also means that I have the last time the ward's my peers on, obviously currently or or new that comes. I feel like I come you left a little bit in terms of I'm like, Oh, I've just been have just got into a routine And I'm off today the last just mighty and Gene, please class next side when key. Sorry, please, all the way. Um so that is pretty much my summary. It's a really quick presentation, but I'm having anyone have any questions. I can answer them or put you somewhere where you can get answers. And I just really want to say that leadership is actually just a lot more very think. I think it wasn't. It definitely is a lot more varied, then I would. In fact, it was a lot more allowance for my own interests. I would say it's important to have your own interests and not just be completely doing it, expecting to be told what to do because I mean, you might get total TV mind about something really rubbish. It's better to do something. You know, I can have an idea of what you like. Um, I think that's quite a little spot of support and guidance accessible. You've got educational supervisor, clinical supervisor, I think on academics, supervisor on A Z, advise over my project. Say, I will see you guys in a meeting coming out of my ears, but it's all good fun. Um, I just want to reiterate you're still getting older publications on, like research and a lot of stuff on Also, education the store so much. Get that so it actually really happy with my choice to do the leadership, ask a. I think it's really nice. I've got my finger in money pies, which is my favorite thing to do. Um, and I wanted to say that he decided not to replace therapy. You can literally still do all the things you can get involved in need a ship. You can get involved in teaching medical students. You could get involved in research. You might start with that more proactive about the ways you find you'll opportunities Where is in a feel a bit more 102 years last your collapsed into because you kind of have to do it. Um, that makes it easier on you have that time. Uh, yeah, I think that's pretty much well, I have to say about leadership. So short, sweet. But if animal House any questions, please do. Let me know when I can try and help questions. Please Put them into the chat. Okay. Someone gave friend context. I hum Sorry, I have actually a few questions I wrote down before your session today. Waken try. My first question was based on the price of the publication. Started the prices for the posters you're talking about. So did you. So international conference is What is that? What does that mean? I don't get it. Um So the conference I've sent it was and it was basically opened up against a wall countries so you could submit from any country and it was. Class is an international conference s. So there were two posters I had. I'm sure at least definitely one with international on. I had to actually prevent the poster, which I'm gonna be worse. I was not expecting. I thought I was going to say that might come off. And then it was hard prostate in the morning and all sudden, that was 100%. I was little my pajamas. It was awful. So it's basically like any post is any conference. It's kind of no in the UK, I suppose, or if it's a U K one, it's open toe other applicants. But they're still normally No, I don't think that particularly combatative to apply to you if you've got a decent or half decent. Mom wasn't particular reason. Project Um, do you have any other questions while we've got you off? Yeah, So I was gonna ask you about also like so it doesn't need to be approved by, like being me or something. The conferences or can it just be in the random international conference? I think it could be any round, um, conference. I think it was the particular, like a conference in the conference Now I think it was a medical schools. No, because even you know how many of the schools have, like, I don't know, it's the best of us, have the National Pediatric Society and they had a national conference. I'm a lot of people where, um best not students. But I think people came from different places and they did the conference and presented and that counted us a national conference, I believe. So. What does he want it get? Um, sorry. Just wanted to question That's fine to the foot. Sort of four months for leadership isn't distributed throughout the two year. There isn't like, so you can see that on the tracks. If it's got six jobs on one minute might be in red or bold or something. That means that you have kind of called protected time or day lilies. Day releases work or you have a release or half day release on That's it for me and my breast surgery irritation. I have a full day every week and then every other rotation. I have half a day every week, but in any because the chef to so erratic they can't really give me half of a twilight off and be like, Oh, from nine o'clock today to a quarter two in the morning. You're doing academic stuff because I would just like No, I'm going to sleep So they just give me normal days. So I better have any normal days and any I have mercy evenings and nights because most my day, most my days a day release Actimates does that make sense? And then so if it's a research it, and then it should say it's an academic block, and that should be clear that you've got five normal jobs and 14 blocks clinics. I think it swings around about PSAs to what is better. Don't things in particular thing? It's just, I guess, research. It's easier to have that whole day. Okay, that's awesome. Um, one more thing was, What about ordered ordered certificates and, like quality group in products you doing? That's cool. No, um, I wouldn't know. That's maybe because I haven't done walk. So, um, I don't think so. I think, think, think in terms of actual official points, I think that's more like a I am vehicle training. You ever a CCS thing, but in terms of white state space. Questions I'm sure would look really good if you've done one that could reflect on it and stuff. But I'm not sure if it's formally counter, because there's not really expectation for medical students to do it. Okay, I'm just one last question. So in leadership now, in the not first scenery, when I was researching about it, I could just find a few jobs in Bolton on in the London Dear dinner. You could just find a few drops and sex. Is that it? Or like, can be? I don't know. I'm a bit confused. I just want extended area jobs all over England for leadership s I don't comply to, to deny res. Um, so I presume you've looked in all dressed in London from now. I think if you look at the Hamburg, there's definitely some marked ones in law in Bolton by also believe that some that don't have a specific number and it basically means you could do which with them if you get into, I think there's some on specifically resection leadership, more education. I don't think I've tried any of those, so I don't think I particularly like the jobs me partially. And that was my main thing about clients. If he was like, I wanted to look at the jobs because that may be the main that I wanted to dictate where I went, so I wanted to apply to. So I think. Does that help? No. I'm think some places I'm not sure about serious or sex because leadership is quite a new one. Anyway, I think, Yeah. And can you plugged like education research leadership altogether? Or it can Yeah, you can block. So you write all the jobs, all the tracks he's consider on, They don't know what you're on then They also don't know what you put top. They don't know what your background is. It's kind of up to you to tell them and show him no worries. Um, so I should look at the next questions. Um, so initially, are you able to supply for one leadership want education post on? Do they have to both be in different diener ease or come to be within the same diener e? A good question So you can apply to two different gene Aries. I'm not sure all the white space questions every dinner and now the same. And back in my day last year, I think they tended to be different. You'd have to write to lots of white, his questions, which is with the pain. I I only wanted to consider the Northwest, so I only applied to the Northwest. Um, and you can apply for lead leaves your medication, You whatever you want to see. You could rankle the leadership education ones in Northwest and they do the same in London. You don't have to do Northwest ship in London Education. Hate that Make sense. Let me know if it didn't phasal. Can you tell us more about what the interview was like? Um, yeah, I'm not sure if I can go completely into detail just cause I'm pretty sure somehow you're probably not really meant to tell, but I think I could give you a bit of an overview with the disclaimer that things may change. May It was two stations to paddle Panelists, and it was kind of like an MMI former on Zoom. I don't if anyone's ever helped out who's, um So we went through a snobbery on and off some questions, and then we just had a chat about, like why I want to do the PT and what I was interested in, like my 10 year plan loss and all the segments, a half Children. So I have to say, Do this. So I saw about the fact that I really like medical education's. I want to work in that drink hopefully and do something involved in medical schools I would love. We've been really fun. Um, I talked about fact that I really liked peas, and I wasn't really sure I want to repeat it, but hopefully of house and guidance. And I talked about kind of staying in touch academic things, possibly considering doing a PhD. Um, yeah. The exactly into your ears were very nice for Children, Parent. Maybe from a right. Made me feel very welcome. And they were lovely. Yeah. So it was fine. Possibly experience. I was away. I was on my GP placement in December, so I was having Teo do it from like, an ab you. It's been stressful, but yeah, no. Then she was fine. It lasted less and a half. Now, maybe even 20 minutes. We really quick. And I was I got muscles grew up here, so, yeah, that was her helpful, but no in detail. Just because I didn't find I want to say that much. Um, I show you how gave fret on you. I still cannot. Hey. Okay. Sorry. I need to do trying to meet you. And I thought, Oh, well, that's why that was the biggest struggle to every other lab. Have a few questions. So you mentioned about having time. Now, before we submit to sort, right? Get someone presentations and prices and stuff like that. If we've got something like come farms bit after the deadline, which is on the 22nd, But it still count for points. Or is it because it's after the white space question? So I'm not 100% sure because I don't know what points I got. From what? Because you see your overall score rather than the breakdown of what you got on each section. Where I can say is put it down and you could say the abstract had been accepted. I'm not sure, I think Yeah, I think. Well, I did. In my wife's based questions was I talked about the fact that my abstract have been accepted but I was really excited to present as Otter Conference, and can I put them both down? And I was like, What's been accepted? It might get rejected because I think it said Don't do it before the day, but just, you know, going to get negative penalized. And they might be like, Oh, it's okay. They've actually been accepted for publication. Not fine. Yeah, Just put it down as they give you points. Great. And if they don't? Then Okay, that's right. On. And you mentioned about, like, we can apply to two different gene a raise on do said something about, like, Brian King. The different ones that you pick. So is it like a like, whatever number off trucks, you can pick a song? Is that within two Diener ease and then you want them. Okay. No, that's a really good question. So it's two separate applications, so I don't if you guys have logged into Oreo. Yeah, there's a foundation program application. And then there's an academic foundation program northwest. And then if I deployed Yorkshire, I have actually program Yorkshire on within each of those I would look for the tracks available. Oh, my rank 10th the Northwest. But I might only like three in Yorkshire and anyone three on Yorkshire and that two separate applications. Only time I have to separate interviews. And then you think that's what gets the offer's. I don't really understand. It's because I was the only one. They at one off for a time. You can only hold one off so you can either hope you get the one you want next time. I think, yeah, I'm I'm running above my head. It's very confusing. So you're on that piece within the Diener E? Yes. And the good thing is, you only write the ones you're interested in. You don't to write every job like you do in okay foundation program, because obviously you can accept your decline and FPs well, where is a correlation program? You don't if you decline, you don't have a job in and you go back into the pool until you finish your program. And just final question. You said that it's quite board in terms of like, picking and topic. Um, I'm quite interested in, like, sexual health, and I know that, but it's like white. No rabbit, like there's last. I guess people to facilitate that. Is it a case of it's quite broad in terms of what they offer him. What they offers a while you could seek out your own sort of supervisor or something like that. I think you could absolutely do both. So I didn't see any sexual health projects. That's not to say that wouldn't be any in terms of leadership. I guess you could look at things like teaching sexual how how to kind of teach sexual health to medical students in terms of how they work in Central House. Or you could do something specific if you had in mind. You I pee on sexual health in, like, 80. I don't know. Do you know? I mean, like, Oh, if we swab these people, does this make a difference to this? I don't know. That kind of saying Or you could look at, um I guess health outcomes or something with people. A teen ages, I don't know. Kind of blocking things out my head on in terms of the hospital that you are. Um, no, I'm not in Lancaster. I'm like an hour from Lancaster on, but I just got in contact with one of the specialists ups he's electro there. Um, thoughts. It's like there's, like a line cast a one and it's a Manchester one presumes Liverpool on and I'm in in Lancaster area. And then there's a month chest area, so they'll be different. But I'm sure if you found a supervisor reporter was happy to see you guys, you in your area and sure that time. Okay. Thank you dot Okay. Yeah, I think you wanted Wonderful. Joseph are black burn burn the beautiful from on Truster. Or do you live up that excellent question? No, I don't have that kind of only I live Montecito I drive is a part of my deal from myself accepting but men and Burnley because I, like the FDA really wanted it. But I also wanted to live much faster and, like, have a social life and, like no, just basically be surrounded by field all time Say island monster and drive. It's 40 minutes in the morning. 45 1 hour in the evening, obviously overnight and eDiets so quickly that force minutes can think my friend gave me that once in the quickest. It was like that to you when I was like, and it's completely go. But I was driving, so that's fine. Um, yeah, I don't know that. That's about it. That's why I say that people do quite well. There's multiple, and I expected that lived out. There's also loads live in Manchester on. It's quite social. People who live in Manchester quite switchboard because we can all go out quite usually quite nice. Um, so, yeah, it's completely fine. I do live more extrovert way rather than I think if you lived kids break or tool 10 or something, Not like about the track. So I think like I'm coats around like sore for keys up is fine, but I think anything longer is a long just causes the Manchester traffic. Um, do your mammogram friend. Any books? What other resources to pass the interview? Um, yes, the Oxford Hamburg of emergency scenario emergency medicine. Basically, if you get interview, just look at all the management off all the emergency scenarios and how you do dot and how you recognize it. Army, Laylan. Hopefully it'll come up, you know, critical stage and you know what race know because knows everything, and it's quite good division finals anyway. um, I did do some from that giggling like academic violation program into you. Help things like Not I'm someone. The websites came up. I think there's an active foundation program Honda book some while. If you google it like there's an there's an academic interview, Look, you can definitely go on Amazon. I don't know what it is because I just feel like I'm a firm believer and not buying things because it's like propaganda, people making pay, things that should be acceptable. Um, and I just haven't done it, but I'm sure there are resources. I just didn't really use any of them. The oxygen hum book on. Just hoping, um, just to clarify what we can do both. If the applications with this, then dietary Um, no. You do one for the Northwest in your ANC of money jobs you want and they can be educated, research all the ship. And then you could do a separate one for your car or East Anglia or anywhere. And you could write however many jobs you want to consider in that, And they could be anything as well. I hope that clears up. It doesn't let me know. Maybe someone who understands as well. So explain. Because I didn't Maybe I don't know. I'm explaining it very well. Perhaps just really. Chief on the PT South. A few doctors? Yeah, or health education. Northwest. I don't from is one of the ones that. And then if you want to do more, you have to sell fund, or sometimes we trust will fund there. But I think nuts is You can't assume they're gonna fund that. I think is 400 quit? Um, the not off to the piece that that they do fund. So that's kind of like a future. Probably among you're already getting paid and maybe really like. And you have the money. You wouldn't be expected to fall couple on Requip Getting about foreign when you're, like paying on everything and you start paying me for July. So, yeah, does that make sense? Someone's raised the hand. Hello 100. Hi. Hi. Hi, Linda. I think it's so much for this or you're so welcome. Very sorry that I didn't catch the first about the leadership thing exact program that you were doing. Um, I just I have a question say, when I when I was hearing different stories about FC applications. And then people used to or people say that for research you have to have like a You have to plan your own project. You have to tell them Well, this is what I want to do. These are the steps I don't scraping for leadership. Is that something similar where you have to have a project in mind, that you have to have everything? Turns out that I didn't do that? Maybe some places you do, Maybe it's like she's very chill like very chills. I quite possibly, um I personally didn't do that. I do know what I like on wasn't interested in. I did before I started. The FDA is off a little bit stressed, and I thought of anything I could potentially do. I did write it down by wasn't just starting that actually, brainstorming I was at home could do that. I could I wrote it down. Just I had some ideas. If they did tell him out of my first day and be like, so what? You're hoping to get out of it? I thought, Well, I thought you, but I think is about a research project, and I don't know if you've done in circulation or any day is that I feel like you start out with an idea. You go and look at it and you're like someone's done this where you go, like getting like there is nothing on there. So you go and look at it in like, this doesn't work on. Then you kind of changed a little bit and then you go into something else and I'm the oldest works. So I think maybe for a research project like, if that's what they want, may be having an idea of whether you need ethics involved, that you'll have to get ethical approval or kind of recruiting participants or kind of that's sort of a more like lab work and then understanding the steps of a research project. We're really good, and I think it's a really great having idea of what you're interested in what you'd like to do. I'm sure they wouldn't expect to you going into the interview or even the application to have fully designed a research project that you weren't going to do for a least another year. Yeah, and then what else is exactly like, very excessive on I doubt even if you did have a fantastic idea that you wanted to say no one is gonna hold like a knife feels room. But you have to do this right now. I don't think it would happen. I think it's more great. Think about things and be like, What do I realistically like to do? What would I get the most out of? What would I enjoy if you researched it? Amazing. But I never made. I'm really passionate about when your participation medicine like I love it. I really like teaching. Hopefully even. How so. And that was something I talk about. No, anything else. And I think the enthusiasm is what they want to hear rather than the ends and outs immunity, gritty of the research, Bob is you need to have a little bit from standing off. How was that in type? Project might work stairs because that I guess the reason I'm asking this is because I have a project in mind was quite similar is essentially widen participation than waiting access to to research. But it's no, I don't think I mean certainly doesn't fit into the research scope me, and he is not really medical education either. So I feel that is more like on trooper know that kind of stuff. I want to build a platform, but now I feel right. So is it was, like, is not really included in the FDA. And I'm just bit confused. Can I apply for, like, a leadership? I thought you probably could do that. I think that sounds really great. I'm sure that even if you say, for example, if it was if it was something you're really passionate about, you took what it is to build this platform. What you could do initially in the air for me would be, like, look, initially at increasing your shipping accessibility and things like that, maybe, and running talks and some of that. And then you eventually build up. If you did, like, a clinical fellowship or something on that may be something you would say is that over time, um, to do today, You know? I mean, yeah, no, this. Yeah, I'll make sense here. Thank you so much. So I doubt I just doubt you talked. Have a proper like that. Sound like something you could probably do. But what? I also think is. You could, but I think if it's really less well in research, But you could definitely angle eyes education as well. I think that would work in education or leadership. It might work in research. You might have to do some research and wining participation and stuff last. You know, I think results is a bit more like lobbies. Yeah, Yeah, exactly. Yeah. Lot more is your is a little helpful. Uh, last you from me is critical. Peso paper acquired. Competency. If you get into usually ship, even that's been more recent. Case to the in tune the generic in to you so they don't know what your plan call. Um, so you just have a nephew interview, And then if you get a high end of school, you got your doctor ways or whether basically, um, yeah, how will you school in person to have one else and everyone's he right. You're talk to his job is high. You're under doctor's job. Um, so some places will do critical for nasal paper. Some places won't I don't know if Northwest of it this year. Um, so it's good to have an idea. I did look over it. briefly. And then I think it said on the Northwest into his last year that it wasn't relevant. So when my men school did mark into these wars, I was like, Do I really have to do this? Because I know it's not gonna come up my interview on there right now, but it won't, Um, I think it's mandatory such ones, but it would be, spot it. There's definitely some places that do do it, and it's generic. You can't really pick and choose your interview. I hate that Make sense, Gus Whole. I think you answered lots of lots of questions. So thank you very much there to the recession. Very well. Usually it's helpful the attendees today. So we do. You still have a few slots available on, um, entry school, which you might hear the opportunity to become having us. Maybe so. Oh my gosh, that's a little late, actually. Get Bill with unity, Soul.
