Description

NOTE #1: This 2-minute Video Introduction provides an Overview of my ECG-Video Mini-Series that I've developed for MedAll. I've taken the audio from the 7 Talks that I presented for MedAll on this topic — and have consolidated — and completely revised the visuals into 6 ECG Videos (in all, about 2 hours of content) — that I have aimed for clinicians of all training backgrounds — and at all levels of experience in ECG interpretation. Of interest for ANY medical provider of ANY level of experience in ECG interpretation. Please CHECK OUT any (or all) of these ECG Videos! — Ken Grauer, MD (12/3/2023).

Hello, I'm Ken Grauer and welcome to this mini series on E CG interpretation that I've developed for me. All. I've taken the audio from the seven talks that I presented from it all on this topic and have consolidated and completely revised the visuals into six new videos in all about two hours of content that I have aimed for clinicians of all training backgrounds and at all levels of experience in ecg interpretation. The topics I cover include my approach to systematic arrhythmia and 12 lead ecg interpretation in which I show how my system saves you time and increases your accuracy. I then apply my system to the sixth clinical cases I present in these six videos covering assessment of a regular wide tachycardia, a case of second degree AV block with discussion on how to distinguish the three types of second degree AV block. A case of third degree AV block versus AV dissociation and then three cases on patients with new chest pain that review how to recognize acute coronary occlusion. When stem criteria are not satisfied, that is how to recognize acute only occlusion based myocardial infarction. So that even without ST elevation, you can know from the ECG and from the history which patients need immediate cardiac catheterization. All cases I present in these videos are linked to detailed user friendly posts from my ECG blog that provide you with written and illustrated discussion. Beyond each video in as much depth as you might desire. It's all free online education that I am happy to provide. I think you'll find each of these videos interesting, challenging and educational. I welcome your feedback. Thank you for your consideration of my material.
