We want to get a so off the books out of the comfort zones of MLA and out there for so long, we've been humble like we are in the inner, inner, holy of polys. Many people don't know who one of the things we are trying to do which has culm to this exhibition is to put ourselves out there, out of the theaters, out of our scrubs out of the hospital into the community. Please associate fellowship so that you are not an island and you will move boundaries. You will move nations because you associate your fellowship with others and surgeons to come out of, of the theaters to show what we can do as surgeons to be a good surgeon. You have to be assertive. People have to believe in you. You have to believe in yourself, let people know what we do. First of all, thank you so much for inviting me. It is a great honor for me to be here and I'm appreciating and every day really thank good for you that you are growing, you are growing in nature, you are growing in numbers, but also you are growing in capacity, giving us the promise that you are actually going to to work towards having fellowships from your association and be sure we shall support you on this one.
