This session is for new ST3 doctors in Trauma and Orthopaedics. The event is hosted by orthopaedic registrars who will be discussing what makes a good ST3 and will be joined by a panel of senior clinicians in Trauma and Orthopaedics to help ST3 doctors prepare for their transition and to provide them with tactics and strategies to approach the job ahead.
