New feature for delegates with limited wifi - pass it on!
If your delegates are struggling with their wifi, we have introduced a new feature for them to be able to change the video bitrate to reduce the bandwidth used.

Introducing Resources:
If you have any documents/links/folders/pages you want your community to know about - you can add them to our 'Resource' area. This can be anything you think your community will find of value or importance. You can then highlight them so they appear in a spotlight section on your profile!

Q&A:
Q&A is an excellent new addition and so helpful to distinguish between a question and chat within the chat feature itself. Super simple to use: as an event organiser you can tag the question and then when it comes to Q&A you can 'run' all the tagged questions one at a time. They will pop up on the screen for delegates to see and speaker to answer! You can also turn these questions into a thread with a simple click of a button.

With the introduction of threads you can continue a conversation from your Q&A within a MedAll Live event or start a new one. You might be hosting a conference and want a thread for 'travel & accommodation' or maybe you are using the virtual poster hall and want to get the conversation going with regards to your posters.
