Evolving First-Line HER2+ Maintenance Strategies in Metastatic Breast Cancer: Management in Practice

This program is supported by an independent education grant from Pfizer. This online education program has been designed solely for healthcare professionals in the US. The content is not intended for healthcare professionals in any other country.

Learning Objectives
By the end of this program HCP's should be better able to:

  1. Integrate endocrine therapy into 1L maintenance treatment plans for patients with HER2+/HR+ MBC to optimize duration of response based on patient and disease characteristics.

  2. Apply emerging clinical trial evidence to select and sequence 1L treatment and maintenance strategies in HER2+ MBC.

  3. Implement proactive toxicity management strategies to maintain treatment continuity in patients receiving 1L HER2+ MBC therapies.

Dose-modification guidance is summarized from US prescribing information; check local labelling and full prescribing information. Tucatinib + HP is not approved for first-line maintenance; HER2CLIMB-05 data are shown for education. Cross-trial comparisons are indirect.
